Terms and Conditions for Holiday Recurring Monthly Payments for Lodge Stays

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as, together with your Confirmation of Booking, Park Rules and the information on our website, they make up your agreement with us. We aim to provide Terms and Conditions which are easily understandable. If there is any term that you do not understand, then please discuss it with us before making a booking. If you require these Terms and Conditions or your booking confirmation in braille, audio file or large print then please ask, we are happy to provide them. By making your booking with us we must assume that you have read and are happy with these terms & conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Holiday Recurring Monthly Payments for Lodge Stays

1. Payment Structure

1.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your stay.

1.2 Admin Fee: A non-refundable administrative fee of £30 will be added to your booking.

1.3 Monthly Payments: The remaining balance after the deposit and admin fee can be spread over a period of 2 to 12 months, as per the agreed payment plan.

1.4 Full Payment Requirement: The total amount due must be fully paid no later than 6 weeks before your scheduled stay date.

2. Payment Methods

2.1 Payments can be made via credit card or debit card only.

2.2 By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis as per the agreed payment schedule.

3. Booking Confirmation

3.1 Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and the admin fee.

3.2 Monthly payments must commence immediately after the booking confirmation and will continue on the same date each month as per the agreed schedule.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Deposit and Admin Fee: Both the £50 deposit and the £30 admin fee are non-refundable.

4.2 Monthly Payments: If you cancel your booking, any payments made beyond the deposit and admin fee may be refunded, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the stay date will receive a refund of monthly payments made, minus the deposit and admin fee.
  • Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the stay date will forfeit all payments made.

5. Modifications to Booking

5.1 Any modifications to the booking dates or payment schedule must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by management.

5.2 Additional charges may apply for changes to the booking, and these will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of the modification.

6. Default on Payments

6.1 In the event of a missed payment, you will be notified and given 7 days to rectify the payment.

6.2 Failure to make a payment within the 7-day grace period may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all payments made up to that date.

6.3 We reserve the right to pursue any outstanding balances through legal means if necessary.

7. Liability

7.1 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the failure to meet these terms and conditions.

7.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time and in accordance with the agreed schedule.

8. Agreement

8.1 By making a booking and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the above terms and conditions.

8.2 These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Notifications of any changes will be communicated to you via email.
