“My partner and I stayed for a weekend in March (just as we were going into lockdown) and came back for a short break in October. Both times the Lodge has been spotless, quiet, relaxing and welcoming. Lovely stay and hot tub, this time however I have to say that the beds are not comfortable, the plastic protector and sheets just don't fit well and we had to strip and remake the bed every morning. Apart from the bed we would and have recommended to friends and family.”

“My friends and I have just returned from a lovely and relaxing two night stay in lodge 23 (lake view) . The lodge was beautiful, modern, warm ,clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need . The bottle of Prosecco waiting for us was a kind gesture. The private hot tub was the highlight of the weekend ! ( Robes and slippers provided) The park itself is so quiet and peaceful , the lodges are well spaced out from one another and no vehicle noise ( no parking at the lodges) . The park is just a short drive to the Sussex coast. Prior to our visit I received plenty of information regarding check-in, park map and directions via e mail. The only slight negative is the late check-in time of 5pm/ early check-out time of 9am but totally understandable with COVID deep cleaning . Thankyou very much Warren Wood .”

“Being a Key worker this was just what was needed for short getaway. Greeted briefly by a lovely lady who directed us to the lodge. The lodge was perfect - we were in 24 which is the furthest away from the car park but only a couple of minutes walk. Was lovely and cosy, well equipped and some lovely little touches like robes and slipppers and a little welcome pack. The hot tub was amazing, no problems with the wifi and a folder with local information was very useful. Would totally recommend Warren Wood for a relaxing getaway. The Red Lion at Stone Cross serves the biggest portions of the most delicious “pub” food with lovely staff too and is 5 minutes away. Plenty of places to visit and beautiful scenery too. Recharged and ready for the next few weeks!!”
